Claire has a degree in computing and background in technology, with over ten years’ experience working within and leading delivery teams, before moving into broader business strategy, innovation and customer facing transformation. She has extensive experience of delivering complex business change which will be used to bring lasting step change to the organisation, to ensure we are positioned to continue delivering todays core services, whilst preparing for tomorrow opportunities and disruptive challenges. She joined the Inspectorate in April 2020 as Head of Innovation and Improvement.
