Andrew Megginson

Andrew is Service Owner for the Plans Examination Service at the Planning Inspectorate. Andrew joined the Inspectorate in 2023 following a role at HM Treasury. Andrew has spent the majority of his career working in local government, principally in planning, regeneration and community engagement roles.

Andrew’s service owner role includes responsibility for the delivery of the local plans service, with a prime focus on the operational issues such as inspector deployment and resourcing to meet service demand.
